Categorizing the Ritz depends on when you go. At lunch, the Ritz caters to the business crowd with solid sandwiches and rich entrees. At dinner, it bumps up a notch to serve more elegant dishes like miso glazed mahi mahi and filet mignon. Then, just as a live band finishes sound check, tables disappear and the party crowd pours in for cocktails and dancing, upstairs and down.
